Political Issues

Our nation’s debt, the US economy, security, stability, and safety, Israel, our military and veterans, immigration, healthcare, the sanctity of life, education, the 2nd Amendment, separation of powers, and term limits are all issues that are important to Mark Green based on his website. He believes that military readiness is the acquisition of the right people, with the right leader, right equipment, and the right training. He believes that every effort must have the very best equipment when they fight, the best possible pay and benefits, a secure, well-equipped home base on which to train, and the essential services they deserve as veterans once duty is over. As someone who has worn the uniform, and someone who has a son in the Army himself, these issues are very important to him as he makes his way to Congress.

Mark Green won against Democrat Justin Kanew in Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District.
