Captain Ernest W. Fox Perpetual Scholarship
Award: $2,000
Who’s Eligible: For qualified active duty Coast Guard, civil service employee personnel or their dependents at the Coast Guard Aviation Logistic Center.
The scholarship can be used for preparatory, collegiate, postgraduate, professional and vocational education, formal or informal training.

Coast Guard Foundation Fallen Heroes Scholarship
Awards: Varies
Who’s Eligible: For enrolled college students, or college bound students who are currently unmarried dependent children of enlisted and commissioned men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard who lost their lives in Coast Guard land, air, or sea operations. Applicants must be under the age of 23 and working on their first undergraduate degree.

Awards: 10 awards of $2,000 each.
Who’s Eligible: For spouses of enlisted Coast Guard Members pursuing a degree or professional certificate.

Who’s Eligible: For both Reservists and their family members who are pursuing higher education to pay for things like books, lab fees, and technical equipment.

Coast Guard Pre-Commissioning Scholarship
Awards: Full tuition and fees, insurance, salary, housing allowance (multiple awards)
Who’s Eligible: Students between the ages of 19 and 28 who are currently enrolled, accepted for enrollment, or pending enrollment in a full-time bachelor’s degree program at a designated college or institution with the desire to complete college and receive a guaranteed commission as an officer in the United States Coast Guard.

The Colona Scholarship
Awards: $4,000 dispersed in four annual $1,000 awards.
Who’s Eligible: For dependent children of enlisted members of the United States Coast Guard (active, retired, or reserve) who are pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree and who carry at least a “C” average.
