About Teva
In 1985, they entered into a licensing agreement to produce and distribute Teva sandals. In 2002, they purchased Teva’s patents, trademarks, and other assets.
Teva was invented by Geophysicist, Mark Thatcher, when he noticed a lack of proper shoes for river activities. He then started the Teva company in 1984 in Flagstaff, AZ.
