SVA & Raytheon Scholarship for Navy Veterans

Are you a Navy veteran and college student looking for scholarships?
The Student Veterans of America (SVA) and Raytheon have partnered to offer two (2) scholarships to Navy veterans. Their goal is to set you up for career success after your time in the service. According to the official site, “The RTX SPY-6 Scholarship, named for the U.S. Navy’s SPY-6 Family of Radars, provides returning sailors an opportunity to achieve educational goals and position themselves for success in civilian professions.” There are two $10,000 scholarships.

SVA & Raytheon Scholarship Eligibility
- Navy/Navy Reserve Veteran
- Current student veteran, as demonstrated by a current transcript (unofficial or official)
- Entering your sophomore, junior, or senior year of undergraduate study, or be enrolled in a graduate program
- Attending full-time at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Have received an honorable discharge; must be a veteran in good standing; show by providing a DD-214
- Provide a video (no longer than 2 minutes) discussing your passion for your chosen field of study, and your views on leadership and engagement in your community
