The Allen and Dorothy Bell Dickey Scholarships

Awards $5,000 and $2,500

Description: For Weston County high schools and GED recipients of Weston County that wish to attend a Wyoming community college of the University of Wyoming.  Must demonstrate financial need. Minimum GPA 2.5

The Colorado State Fair Fiesta Pageant Scholarships

Awards five scholarships tiered as follows: $4,000, $2,200, $1,800, $1,500 and $500

Description: For Hispanic Fiesta Pageant winners. Contestants must be unmarried female residents of Colorado between the ages of 18 and 22 who are enrolled in a college or university in Colorado. Minimum GPA 3.0

The Ellis and Nellie Patch Scholarship

Awards $3,000 (two awards)

Description: For students with ties to Johnson County, WY (e.g. legal resident of Johnson County, graduate of Buffalo or Kaycee High School, or a recipient of a GED certificate from a Johnson County, WY educational institute)  Minimum GPA 2.0

Awards $5,000

The Horatio Alger Montana Scholarship Program

Awards up to $15,000 over 4 years.

Description: For Montana high school students who demonstrate integrity, perseverance, and initiative in overcoming adversity. Must also demonstrate critical financial need, community and public service, and academic achievement.

The Jane Buttrey Memorial Scholarship

Awards No less than $500

Description: For upper-division humanities and social sciences majors at The University of Montana, Missoula.

Kenneth and Carrie Carns Nursing Scholarship

Awards $3,000

Description: For graduating seniors, or students already enrolled in college who are Wyoming residents pursuing a degree in Nursing from a Wyoming community college or the University of Wyoming. Must demonstrate financial need. Minimum GPA 3.0

Awards $5,000 (six awards)

Description: For junior and senior nursing students of the University of Wyoming who are enrolled in a program leading to the BSN degree. Minimum GPA 3.0

Description: For students of Lovell High School in Wyoming who have demonstrated an interest in the fields of business or science.

Partner Colorado Credit Union Scholarships

Awards $1,000 (multiple renewable awards.)

Description: For permanent residents of Colorado ages 17 – 40 who plan to live in Colorado while attending school. Must carry a minimum course load of 9 credit hours.

The Path Away Scholarship

Awards vary (Between $5,000 and $2,210 – Multiple awards)

Description: For graduating seniors of a high school in Albany County, Wyoming who wish to leave the state of Wyoming. (GPA requirements vary according to awards.)

The Pinnacol Foundation Scholarships

Awards $4,700 average award. (Awards vary. Scholarship is renewable.)

Description: For children, adopted children, stepchildren or full dependents of a worker who was injured or killed in a compensable work-related accident during the course and scope of employment with a Colorado-based employer, and was entitled to receive benefits under the Colorado Workers’ Compensation Act. Age limits 16 – 25. Must be a high school senior, have a high school diploma, or a GED. Minimum GPA 2.0

The University of Colorado at Boulder First Generation Grant

Awards: $4,000 for residents, and $8,000 for non residents

Description: For undergraduate Colorado residents who have financial need and whose parent(s) do not have any education or technical training beyond high school (certificate programs, real estate certification, technical training, vocational training, and corporate training programs are considered education beyond high school).
